We suggest to include as much information as possible when submitting a report, we will use this information to determine if you qualify for a refund or replacement an also use it to eliminate errors on future orders.
What can be returned?

Because these items are made to order on the size and color of your choice there is no need to send them back.
There is absolutely no need to return such orders with custom text or custom artwork because these orders are made specifically for the customer and has no resale value.
Items that fit into this category don’t qualify for a return, replacement or refund. All other products if requested may be returned to our facility in their original package, a return label will be sent to the e-mail used during check out with further instructions.
Damaged or faulty product?
For the fastest resolution is best to attach or upload a photograph with the faulty product showing the problem, once we have verified that the product was damaged during shipping or the error was made during production we will send you a replacement at no cost or process a refund upon request.
Wrong or extra items?
In such case where you received an item in a different color, size or simply a custom text does not match your order confirmation we will send you a free replacement and all shipping charges will be on us, however if we find the product to match the order confirmation it is the customer responsibility to make sure there are no typos and the correct options has been selected for the product prior to checkout and your case will not qualify for a replacement or refund. In a different situation maybe you happen to received extra items aside from your original order, guess what? we probably added them on purpose as a way to say thanks for your order, cool huh?
Can I get a refund?
After a resolution has been resolved on your favor and you request a refund, we will proceed to reimburse the amount for the order or product to the original payment source used during checkout. Please note that free items included in offers or giveaways does not qualify for a refund and made to order items will incur production fees.
How long a refund takes to be processed?
For Credit Card payments, there is a estimate of 2-7 business days for a refund to be reflected on your bank statement, we suggest to check this information with your bank or card issuer as each bank is different. For Paysera and PayPal payments, the refund will usually take 3-5 business day to be credited and available in your account balance.
